1. Our Commitment to Inclusion At NMN Designs, we believe the internet should be available and accessible to anyone. We are committed to providing a digital experience that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. To fulfill this promise, we aim to adhere as strictly as possible to the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at the AA level.

2. Ongoing Work & Progress While we strive to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website. We are currently in the process of a comprehensive accessibility audit and remediation. We are committed to achieving full WCAG 2.2 AA compliance by September 1, 2026. Our site is a dynamic environment where content is updated frequently, and we are working tirelessly to ensure all new and existing pages meet our high standards. We will provide quarterly updates on our progress toward this goal and update this statement as issues are resolved.

3. Known Limitations & Third-Party Content We are actively auditing and updating our website to ensure comprehensive accessibility. During this process, you may encounter the following known limitations:

  • Product Selection: Some product options (such as size or height variants) may currently be difficult to navigate or select using a keyboard alone.

  • Screen Reader Announcements: Dynamic text changes, such as price updates when a new size is selected, may not consistently announce to all screen reading software.

  • Image Descriptions: We are actively in the process of auditing and updating our product images to ensure they all contain highly descriptive alternative text.

  • Third-Party Integrations: Some parts of our store relying on third-party vendors (such as review widgets, social media feeds, or certain payment gateways) may not yet be fully compliant. We are actively working with our partners to encourage accessible content and now prioritize accessibility-compliant solutions when selecting new vendors.
